Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
We want you to love your purchase!
Please read our policy carefully before ordering.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 28 days of delivery. You must let us know within 14 days of receiving the goods that you would like to return. Following that, you have another 14 days to return the goods.
To be eligible:
- Hair/accessories must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Lace must be uncut
- No product, odour, or signs of wear
To start a return or exchange: Please email contact@thetressclub.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Clear photos of the item(s)
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Approved returns are eligible for:
- Refund to original payment
- Exchange for another item of the same value
Please note:
We do not offer refunds after the 30-day mark.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you have received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
We’ll replace it once the issue is verified.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders may be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of purchase (unless opting for next-day delivery, in which case the sale is final).
After 12 hours, all sales are final.
