Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Wigs may require up to 7 working days for production before dispatch.

Delivery Options & Estimated Times

We ship throughout the UK and internationally. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout.

UK Shipping:

* Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
* Express Delivery: 1–2 working days
* Next Day Delivery: Delivered the next working day if order is placed before 3pm

International Shipping:

* Europe: 3-5 working days
* Rest of the World: 5-7 working days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times (not including processing times) and may vary due to courier delays or customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to update.

We use trusted delivery services such as Royal Mail, DPD, and DHL depending on your location and shipping option.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs.
